What is managed server service?

Managed server service means outsourcing the administration, monitoring and maintenance of your servers to an expert provider. This includes: 24/7 monitoring, security updates, backups, technical on-call, performance optimization and responsive support. You retain control of your infrastructure while benefiting from a dedicated team of experts.

What are the managed server pricing rates?

Our managed server rates start at €70/month per server (Essential plan 7am-10pm), €150/month for the Pro 24/7 plan with 4h SLA, and €250/month for the Critical 24/7 plan with 1h SLA. Each plan includes monitoring, security updates, PagerDuty on-call and external NimbusBackup PBS backups.

Which hosting providers are supported?

We manage servers at all providers: OVH, Scaleway, Hetzner, Contabo, 1&1 Ionos, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, as well as on-premise servers. We are 100% independent and multi-provider. Only requirement: SSH or VPN access to your machine.

What's the difference with an in-house sysadmin?

An in-house sysadmin costs €45-65k/year (salary + benefits + holidays), works business hours and often lacks expertise in certain areas. External managed services offer a senior shared team available 24/7, organized on-call, varied skills (Linux, BSD, security, networking) and controlled costs from €840/year per server. You benefit from multiple experts for the price of a fraction of a salary.

What services are included in managed server?

Our managed server contracts include: 24/7 proactive monitoring (Zabbix/Prometheus), real-time PagerDuty alerts, automatic security updates, external NimbusBackup PBS backups, technical on-call with contractual SLA, corrective and evolutive interventions, performance optimization, secure member portal support, and up-to-date technical documentation.

Can you migrate my servers between providers?

Yes, we regularly perform cross-provider migrations: OVH to Scaleway, Hetzner to Contabo, AWS to OVH, etc. We plan the migration, synchronize data, switch DNS with reduced maintenance window and validate proper functioning. Initial migration can be included in the managed service contract setup.

Is there a contract commitment?

Our managed server contracts have no commitment period. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice. We also offer annual contracts with discount (10% reduction) for clients wishing to commit for 12 months. No setup fees or exit penalties.

How does 24/7 support work?

Our 24/7 on-call relies on PagerDuty: each critical alert automatically triggers escalation to a senior on-call technician. They handle the incident, diagnose and intervene within the contractual SLA (4h or 1h depending on your plan). You receive a detailed intervention report. For non-urgent requests, use the secure member portal (business hours support).
